Wellness
We often hear the word “wellness” these days, but do you know its definition?
Wellness” is a concept that takes a broader and more comprehensive view of health than just the physical aspects.
It was first proposed in the 1960s by Dr. Halbert Dunn, an American doctor, who said, “Wellness is a state of being radiant and alive.
In the 1960s, Dr. Halbert Dunn of the United States distinguished between good health—not being ill—and what he termed high-level wellness, which he defined as “a condition of change in which the individual moves forward, climbing toward a higher potential of functioning”. Disordered lifestyles, declining birthrate, aging population, environmental problems… Under these circumstances, interest in “wellness” has been growing around the world. Through the Corona Damages, many people have rediscovered the importance of being healthy. According to a survey conducted in Europe at the end of last year, more than 70% of people said they were interested in wellness and were looking for ways to achieve it.
Wellness is the act and process of …… aiming for a better life, a richer life, and self-realization. In the era of With Corona After Corona, a new way of living and working, the “wellness lifestyle,” will take root.
